The short version
We use your enquiry to reply and discuss how we can help. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
1. What we collect
When you use a contact form, we receive your name, email address, selected service interest, and message. You may also choose to provide your business name and phone number. We record which contact form you used.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address, message, and anything else you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information through the website forms.
2. How we use it
We use your information to respond to questions, understand your business needs, arrange conversations, prepare proposals, and follow up about the services you asked about. We also use information as needed to maintain the website, prevent spam or abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Contacting us does not automatically add you to a newsletter or marketing mailing list.
3. Who helps us process it
We use Netlify to host this website and process and store contact-form submissions. Our email provider also processes messages and form-notification emails so our team can respond.
We share information with service providers as needed for these purposes. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records and related correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal obligations. How long this takes depends on the nature of the conversation and whether we work together.
6. Your choices
You can choose what to share with us. Business name and phone number are optional on our forms. We need a name, email address, and message to respond to a form enquiry.
To ask about information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop following up, email hello@zerozenone.com. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
7. Links & client projects
Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ privacy practices.
The Mission Control examples on this website are demonstrations. Data handling for a client’s actual AI systems, connected tools, and implementation work is addressed separately as part of that engagement.
8. Updates & questions
We may update this policy as our website or practices change. The date above shows when it was last revised.
For privacy questions, contact ZeroZenOne at hello@zerozenone.com. We are based in Southwest Florida and work with clients nationwide.
